Dental Health Care

Treatments

Dr. Elefterin provides the following treatments:

  • Cleanings and periodontal management.

  • Crowns & fillings.

  • Smile design & high level aesthetic treatment.

  • Implant placement & bone grafting.

  • Nonsurgical management of TMJ issues.

  • Removable partials and dentures.

We provide both surgical placement of dental implants, as well as their restoration in our office. This allows for convenience while improving treatment outcomes.


Health Maintenance Visits

An essential part of the health-centered dental care we offer is our “Health Maintenance Visit” (HMV). We give you the knowledge and dental aids to enable you to discover how valuable a beautiful smile and fresh breath can be in developing a positive self-image.

We want to help you achieve the goals you set for yourself and assist you in making informed decisions about your health. A minimum of expert planning can provide a lifetime of optimum oral health and a beautiful, pleasing smile.

These visits involve a consultation and cleaning with one of our hygienists, and a check-up with the doctor.

Your visit will include the following as necessary:

  • Health history update

  • Blood pressure screening

  • Oral cancer screening

  • Periodontal screening & recording

  • Decay screening

  • Restorative Evaluation & charting

  • X-ray evaluation

  • Prophylaxis with fluoride

  • Fluoride treatment

  • Calculus removal

  • Home-care instruction

  • Home-care aids

  • Diagnostic photos


Referrals & Specialists

Our office works with and communicates closely with carefully chosen specialists in the area. Any time you are referred to a specialist’s office, great care is taken to ensure that your treatment there is coordinated with the dentist’s plans. If you choose, we will schedule your specialist appointment for you.

Financial Coordinator

Our financial coordinator is always available to discuss treatment and to explain payment policies and insurance benefits. Fees are generally presented prior to treatment. Payment is due at the time of service unless an individual payment plan is agreed upon. If you have insurance benefits, your dental work will be pre-authorized and your benefits will be explained to you.

Payment options include: cash, personal check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.
